Professional Fulham based family are looking for a sole charge daily nanny for their two boys aged 4 (who is at full-time school) and 18 months (at nursery one day from 8.00-3.00pm).

Looking for someone dynamic with good childcare experience either as a nanny or as a nursery nurse/early childhood educator.  A qualification in childcare would be preferred but not essential, someone who genuinely loves children and who has an interest in child development.  Someone fun, willing and active with lots of ideas would be great. Standard nursery duties including cooking for the children would be required.  In addition you may be asked to run errand when both children are out.

Hours are 8am-7pm, a driver is not essential. Starts Beg Feb £575-£600+ net per week, after tax. This could be negotiable.

Spanish Nanny, 3 full days a week, ASAP start, £13nph

Spanish speaking nanny is needed 3 full days on Tue, Wed & Thu from 8.15am-6.15pm to look after a 4 year old girl and 2 year old boy. Mum is having a baby in January and will be on maternity leave. Someone with newborn/baby experience would be a plus but is not essential, provided you are willing to learn.

The ideal candidate needs to speak fluent Spanish and be happy to speak Spanish to the children. English is the first language at home, however the children have had a Spanish nanny who will be leaving at the end of December.

Standard nursery duties, including taking the children to activities, organising playdates and keeping the house tidy. You will also need to prepare healthy children’s meals from scratch. One of the children has allergies and uses an epi-pen so knowledge of allergies would be a bonus and first aid training essential. A driver is not needed and the family do have a cleaner. A childcare qualification is preferable but not essential.

Temporary baby nanny, Jan-end March, £12-£15nph

A lovely professional family based in Marylebone are looking for a temporary daily nanny for their 9 month old baby girl on a part-time basis.   The position will start on January 3rd for 12 weeks (until end of March) and you will be needed Mon-Fri from 12.30 – 6.30pm.

This position will suit a nanny who is sociable, confident and enjoys working in a team.  Duties will include maintaining her daily feeding and sleeping routine, trips to the park (Regents Park is very local), entertaining her at home with stimulating activities, free play, reading and singing.

Experience working with babies with the ability to demonstrate good knowledge on weaning and development stages is essential.  Someone creative with the ability to encourage imaginative play who can offer a range of stimulating activities.  Experience working with babies of a similar age is strongly preferred.

Experience and knowledge of weaning, routines and early childhood development are essential. The family have a cleaner and a driving is  not required.  The family are based very centrally, close to Regent’s Park and all the amenities in the surrounding area.

This lovely professional family are looking for a kind and caring sole charge daily nanny to look after their boy aged 7 and girl aged 5, both at full time school.  Childcare experience is essential.  You will be responsible for liaising with teachers, organising after school activities, interacting with the children and assisting with homework.  In addition, you will need to prepare an evening meal for the children and take care of their laundry and uniforms.  A driver is not required and the family do have a cleaner.  Due to the nature of the hours this position could suit someone who is studying part-time or who has another interest.

Salary is £23, 400 p.a / £1600net per month year-round including 28 days holiday per year (you choose 2 weeks, the family choose 2 weeks, plus 8 bank holidays).  Starts Jan 2018, interviewing ASAP.  Current New Zealand nanny very highly recommends.  If you require any further information please do get in touch.

A breakdown of the hours is as follow:

Monday: 3-7:30, collecting children from school at 3:30
Tues: 7.40-8.40 then 3-7 (collecting from school at 3.30)
Wed: 4-7 (arriving at their home at 4:00)
Thur: 3-7 (collecting from school at 3:30)
Fri: 7.40-8.40 then 3-7 (collecting from school at 3:30)

31 hours per week of which the fixed hours equate to 21.5 plus one late finish (until 11pm), rest of hours are for children’s washing/ironing/cooking/shopping and bed changing etc.

School holidays including half terms:

Mon: 8:15-7:30
Tues & Wed: 8:15-7
Thurs: 9-7
Fri: 7:45-7

Note:  There are 42 term-time weeks a year and 10 weeks of school holidays/half term breaks a year.  The family generally take 2 weeks of holiday over the summer so realistically there are generally only 8 weeks to cover, it could be even less if you take your selected 2 weeks holiday during the summer/half terms too.

Full-time daily nanny needed ASAP in Barnes

Experienced daily nanny is needed for lovely family living in Barnes.  They are looking for a caring, responsible and experienced nanny for their two boys who are aged 3 ½ years (at nursery x 5 mornings) and 18 months.

The ideal candidate must have an interest in leading outdoor activities year-round, lead and engage in creative play, swimming, plan playdates with other children, have an interest in educational development.  They should be able to help with homework (when applicable), be dog friendly (they have a French Bulldog) and willing to cook nutritional meals for the children.  In addition they should be happy to take responsibility for household management where the children are concerned (children’s laundry, tidying areas used by children, organisation of playroom and children’s wardrobes, etc). They have a preference for a candidate with a strong background in early childhood education, experience working in nurseries, and/or formal nanny training. The family have an automatic car that can be used for nursery duties should the candidate hold a current driving license.

Starts ASAP – but willing to wait for the right candidate.  Monday – Friday (also willing to accommodate 4 day week of Tuesday – Friday).  Preferred working hours are 8.00/8.30am – 6.30/7pm daily with optional late start of 2.30/2.45 on Monday and Wednesday, however these are only preferences, there is flexibility for the right candidate. Some optional evening babysitting as needed.

Salary: £ 10 – £12 net per hour based on experience.  Holiday: 28 days per annum, with bulk of time off being August and Christmas holidays when the family are away travelling.

There may be an opportunity to travel with the family, 1-2 weeks a year but this is not essential. Typical locations include USA, Barbados, France, Italy, Austria.

Recent DBS/Police check required, no older than 1 year please. Current Paediatric First Aid and CPR certificate, or willing to attend a course for certification at the family’s cost before start. CACHE certificate or diploma in childcare and education, or Level 3 Diploma in Home-based childcare.
