Live-in Baby/Toddler Nanny

East Finchley London

Baby/toddler nanny needed for a live-in position with two children, a little girl aged 2 years and a newborn. The position will be shared care until September 2017, when it will become sole charge. The working hours will be 50 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Accommodation is away from the family home a short distance away in a large detached house where the nanny would have a large bedroom, bathroom and self-contained kitchen area. A driver is preferable (not essential) there is a car for use will for nursery duties.

The main duties are caring for the 2 year old when the baby is born, and helping to establish a routine for the baby. The role will evolve into sole charge of both children by which time the 2 year old will be at nursery in the mornings. Looking for a professional nanny a qualification and excellent baby and toddler experience and knowledge of the stages of early childhood development. Duties are standard nursery duties to include providing well balanced nutritious meals, children`s laundry, bed and bath-time routines and taking the children to the park, on outings, reading books, and encouraging learning through imaginative and creative play. Nanny / Housekeeper ASAP start

Sole charge live-in Nanny/Housekeeper needed for girls aged 7 and 4 year, both at full-time school. The nanny has her own room, and shower room. A driver is not essential as they are close to all amenities.

This is a Monday to Friday position. Duties include getting the children ready for school, drop offs and pick-ups, then to after-school activities, supervising homework, dinner and bath. In addition there is family laundry, online shopping and cooking for the family. There is also general cleaning of the house (The cleaning duties are flexible and there is the option not to do general cleaning of and hiring a separate cleaner.) There is occasional babysitting but weekends are free.

Would suit someone fit and active with good childcare experience. The ideal person should be happy when the kids are at school to blast out the radio and get on with jobs around the house!! Looking for someone organised, cheerful and energetic who is happy to help with house work.

Starts ASAP. Salary for Nanny/Housekeeper is £400 net per week but the family will consider someone who is prepared to not do the housework for a lesser salary. Previous New Zealander very highly recommends.

Live-in Nanny for school aged boys

Fun and active sole charge live-in nanny is needed for lovely 6.5 year old twin boys at full-time school. This down to earth family needs someone from Mon-Fri 7.30-7.30, including 2 nights babysitting (Mon-Thu). You will have weekends free.

Your main duties would include getting the boys ready for school which starts at 9.00am and finishes at 3.30pm (a 15 min walk through Greenwich park). In addition other duties will include tidying their rooms, doing their laundry, cooking for boys and encouraging healthy eating. You will also be responsible for organising any shopping for the boys needs as well as encourage and support them with homework.

They boys only have football one weekday afternoon therefore the rest of the week is free for you to organise playdates and generally have fun. They have a good network of friends in the area. A driver is not essential.

Accommodation is a large double room with en-suite in a quiet part of the house away from the family.

Starts mid to end September. £380npw.

Live-in Nanny, separate accommodation

Sole charge live-in nanny needed for lovely job with separate accommodation based in Oxfordshire. This is a unique role specifically to take care of boy and girl twins aged 3 years. It is a 35-40 hour week Sunday to Thursday midday, so a 2 and a half day weekend working on Sundays. There is also some downtime every afternoon when the nanny can pop to the gym or the shops. Accommodation is a private apartment with own entrance on the family grounds. It has a bedroom, bathroom, living room/kitchen with TV and appliances. A driver is essential and there is use of a car if you don’t have one, the family have a cleaner and so the duties are all child focussed with very little housekeeping, though a flexible attitude would be great. Temp live-in nannies needed from July

We have several temporary live-in nanny positions in London and the Countryside with children ranging from 4-12 years all starting mid July. Jobs range from 2 weeks to 3 months. If you are qualified in childcare, have experience working as a nanny, an up to date 1st aid certificate, DBS and free from July then we would like to hear from you. Some jobs may need a driver but this is not essential for all.

All jobs will require you to take care of all nursery duties, keeping the children entertained, running their day to day schedules, school runs, helping with homework, preparing healthy home cooked meals, children’s laundry and light household duties. During the school holidays they send the laundry out to lighten the load.
Mum has recently broken her leg so isn’t around to help out as she normally would and other than your usual duties she may occasionally need you to drive her to appointments if dad can’t take the time off work. Accommodation is own room and shared bathroom on the top floor, same level as children, there is however for the right candidate another option that the family can make available. There is generally one night a week baby- sitting, not at the weekend, so weekends are free. The family like to take the nanny on holiday with them, so opportunity for a bit of travel. This is a fab job in a great location with parks , lots to do and will be great fun. A driver is preferred, however not essential and there is a cleaner, though a good all- rounder who is happy to muck-in a bit and go with the flow would be perfect. Highly recommended.
